One hundred chapters of crap, average moments, and slight glimpses of hope for my fic.

I can't believe I have reached 100 chapters in my main story of 'The Normal Life of Nitpick Bittersweet'. Yes, it has a lot of dislikes. Yes, perhaps the first several chapters and some are boring or cringy (At least it isn't as horrible as my fic of 'Captain Friendship', which is absolute crap). And yes, I still have a long way to master the art of drawing fan arts. But, the good news is that

    Tiresome week...

I had a stressful time these past few days and that is hindering my progress in my latest chapter. I am temporally promoted to a stressful workstation and damn, it is really life-draining. I'm being payed more, but what use is that if I can't enjoy my life at the fullest? At least, as I said, is just for a month or so. With that, the next chapter will be delayed again. Don't worry, though! I have

Why your first story is the most important one? · 11:44pm Dec 27th, 2015

This one is really simple to answer. Whether you are new like me or a veteran, your first story possess tremendous value in many forms. The first and most important one is to know how much you can let your imagination go wild, how much you can extend your inner fantasies and put them into words. There is no shame in failing the first time, that's the secon value. It can give you great insight and show you how good or how bad your story telling is! How good or how bad your grammar truly is!

And most importantly, one day in the future you will see your first work with great nostalgia! Maybe the veterans have looked back and said 'Wow, I really wrote horribly back then' or something like that. But that "Horrible" story was the fuse that started it all. If I keep doing fanfictions, I know I will see my first story as a reminder of what started it all for me. Perhaps I will complain to myself that I could have done better... but hey! Who said that the first story must be a hit?

Thanks for reading.
