Possible Story when Switched is completed · 12:59pm Dec 1st, 2015
I have an idea for a story, when I am finished with Switched. It will take place in the nightmareverse of the Season 5 finale. My idea can be summed up the following way:
Just one mistake. Twilight had underestimated Nightmare Moon. When she reaches the map and tries to preform the spell again, a powerfull blast seperates her and Spike from the scroll, which lands somewhere in the bushes. Twilight and Spike get captured in seperate places. Now the Alicorn has to find a way to get out of the dungeons, let alone save Spike. Twilight knows, she needs more information on this world. And what role do Mademoiselle Rarity and Captain Rainbow Dash play? Can they help her? Can Twilight befriend these harsh two to get a way to freedom? And will Nightmare notice?
What do you think of that idea?
It's definitely an interesting one. I really wonder how you will explain the Nightmare's reign over her kingdom (might I suggest looking up Draco, a greek lawgiver, for her judicial system). In any case it sounds like an interesting idea and I really wonder how the lack of sunlight has affected the ponies of Equestria

I already have a few headcanons for her world and I cannot wait to try them out. Switched is about to reach its first climax, so we can hope to see this soon.
Sounds like a grate idea. all of those realities (except the Flim Flams seriously who's bright idea was that.) have plenty potential, so go for it. seeing how Nightmare Moon runs things and how her rule effects Equestira would be cool.
I'd say do it! That finale was simply a HUGE fanfic gold mine

That is so true. This episode is a goldmine for fanfictions and I will surely work on it. Not sure if I will include all Mane 6. After all we only know Rainbow's and Rarity's fate. And seriously the fact that they serve Nightmare is brillaint!
