What to do...

So, I have this friend. She's one of my best friends actually, and she told me she had this secret. Then she told me that she had a crush on someone. Then she told me that her crush was a girl. Now, I've had a huge crush on her for a while now, so when ahe told me this, I wanted to hug her and cry at the same time.
That was a while ago, lately she's been sort of distant and weird around me. I may or may not be suspecting that I am her crush, but I don't know how to
1) ask her if I am
2)tell her I like her
3)even handle this situation.

So if you have any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
