My First Good Story (Hopefully)

Hello! Don't know who I'm saying that to, as exactly zero people will see this post. I'm getting ready to post my second story on FiMFiction, the first being deleted by yours truly by being a colossal piece of shit. This story features a lot of OCs of mine that I was planning to use in a single, really long story documenting the life of my main, immortal OC (Every equine would have been immortal in that alternate universe. Not invincible, mind you) BUT, and this is a big but, (hehehe) by my description of it, you can probably infer that it would be a little ridiculous. He and his OC friends will live on in my head, and possibly hit paper some day, but right now my writing skills aren't sufficient to make this alternate universe sound like anything but Mary Sue Land.

So! For now, I'm writing a story I really like the style of. It's more realistic, I've found places for some of my favorite OCs, and I really like the new ones I made for the story. hopefully this comes out noice, but we will see.

This is also my first blog post! I usually neglect features like personal blogs on all the websites I'm using, and usually don't even make a bio, but for FiMFiction, you can expect regular blog updates from me regarding story updates, details on coming stories, (perhaps even minor spoilers!) and maybe even some detail into some of my OCs, as in my stories, I don't like to spend several paragraphs describing them, especially from a first person perspective like the one I'm writing now. It just looks silly, takes up too much time, and will most likely see ratings drop because describing your OC IN a story usually ends up sounding stupid.

Here's to hoping that I see success on FiMFiction,(I'd really like to) but if I see complete and utter failure (again) I think I'd be fine with that. I don't know if I'm a good writer yet. I like to do it, so I'd imagine I'd be good at it, because doing something you suck at really isn't fun, but we will see, we will see...
