Celestia Falls
"Her vitals are failing Nurse Redheart! I'm no doctor but her heart beat is slowing to twenty beats per minute!" Twilight yelled at the nearby nurse.
The nurse attached an IV to Celestia's upper fore leg. Spike walked up and handed Twilight multiple books on alicorn health. Twilight frantically flipped through them looking for a page on sudden helth issues.
"The only thing she is showing symptoms for is..... Oh no... This can't be!" Twilight yelled at spike.
"What is it?!" Spike yelled back.
"We need to get to Princess Luna! Now!"

"This can not be! How could thy sister have this?" Luna yelled in her "WE" voice.
Luna handed Twilight the book.
"Thy sister is not a tyrant!"
Luna started writing something and didn't let Twilight see.
"Twilight take this to thy nurse caring for sister!"
Twilight took off of Luna's balcony towards th hostiptal. When she arrived she saw Nurse Redheart attaching more machines to Celestia.
"Luna told me to bring this to you." Twilight told the nurse and gave her the note.
"Oh no!" The nurse stopped in her tracks.
The nurse removed the IVs and most of the machines. The machine with the heart rate on it started beeping loudly as the heart rate increased to 150 beats per minute. Her mane becoming messy as she wakes. Her pupils becoming slits. Her cutie mark darkening.
