You know...I've noticed that there aren't any really good star wars crossovers. I really don't care much about original star wars characters, no offense. and I'm not talking about the clone wars either. I'm talking about the original trilogy, the ones that started it all. I really want to see a fic that features the main heroes Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Princess Leia, R2-D2, C-3po meeting the main six either in space or in Equestria. how they learn about the magic of friendship, and the ways of the force. even fighting the forces of the empire, Darth Vader, Boba Fett, monster ,etc. which is why...once I've finished my power rangers crossover, I shall begin writing such a story for all you true star wars fans out there. though I could use some help writing it.
You know, you're completely right. In fact, so right, that I myself bought all three novels of the Han Solo trilogy in order to get a good basis for Han and Chewie aside from the films in order to write a fic where Han and Chewie crash land in Equestria on the millennium falcon and get into trouble.

3501023 Well, I have this idea in which the story takes place some point in return of the Jedi, where Luke leaves Dagobah, and some how ends up in equestria as a Pegasus. I'm still working out the details before writing out anything.

Why Sombra? While he would fit the bill, why not another, lesser used villain? Seriously, Sombra gets passed around as the main villain more times than Darkseid... or maybe I've just been reading too much of Onomonopea's fics for too long.

I was making an analogous claim (a very specific one at that), not an identity claim. I said that people overuse Sombra like comic book writers overuse Darkseid. I wasn't saying that, in ability or menace or shear evil that Sombra and Darkseid were exactly the same or similar. I said they were similar only insofar as their overuse.

With that in mind, do you know of any other villain that could fit the bill? Was the entity that corrupted Luna ever explained in season 5?
