Rarity's Capture · 3:12am Oct 4th, 2015
Wow! Five weeks and I'm still using this boring weekly report title. I guess I have been using all of my creativity on other things, let's fix that.
Anyways enough about my ranting onto the report! We have been hard at work fixing up the first chapter of TFiO and I am proud to announce a new project Rarities Capture. Ya... I should learn how to properly name things. Anyways not all that much interesting to report, I haven't done much writing or art being caught up with both, learning how to animate and creating an entry for an animation contest. I can never just dip my toe into things can I.
This week's episode was interesting... I hated the premise but it was nice to get some character development from Big Mac. It's always nice when the world around a protagonist of a story is effect by the actions of said protagonist. Damn, that was just vague enough to not make any sense. I wish I could talk about Apple Bloom, but that would be spoilers... I wonder if those fillies are ever going to get their marks. Aw, adolescence such a fun time for every party involved.
And I'm getting off topic, we have had it hammered a little more into our heads that this is a female dominated society. Stallions can apparently even be considered sisters. In the profound words of Sweetie Belle, "It's sweet he wants to help you out like this. Weird, but sweet." Sorry, I couldn't help but throw in my new favorite quote.
As for myself? I have been playing with both Adobe After Effects and Source Film Maker. Yes, I have become one of those SFM nerds, but it shouldn't cut into my writing... to much. I say that when you guys haven't even seen any of my work. But don't worry it's coming.
What has been taking up most of my time is a video scholarship contest that I am entering. Who doesn't love free schooling? Anyways that's my time for this week, sorry that there wasn't really anything interesting to note. Happy October and as always:
Flutter on!!
