    Sorry for the wait!

So, after all these years...I finally bought and downloaded Gmod. But my computer is tiny and has very little space despite being able to run the game very well. At first, it wouldn't even download. I had no space left on my compuper to do so. So I refreshed the thing, causing anything I installed to be un-installed. Including my kingsoft writer. New chapter REAL soon

Yup...just what it says. Expect it to be out by tomorrow. If not, it will be up Monday. The Non-Relic that is. Like I've written any other stories.

SO, despite having already began the next chapter and having it well under way, with many ideas in the making, I haven't finished it yet.
I don't even want to say I'm at the half-point yet, even though it's already fairly long. I'd re-install my writer and start up again, but I've been working a full-time job, playing Destiny, Gmod, and a bunch of other things that used to be impossible without an internet connection. NOW, because I can't play gmod with tf2 bots without mounting tf2, I'm considering another refresh if it doesn't uninstall right....again. Even then, I'm thinking I STILL won't have enough space to install tf2. So I'm kinda caught up with other things I'm trying to do for fun.
I'm really just posting this to let you guys, whom I am thankful for, know that I'm still working on the story. I haven't dropped it. No, definitely not. I've got plots planned out until I write the sequel. Seriously. I have it all written out in a word document. I'm itching to get started on it, but I'm trying to FORCE myself to pace accordingly, lest my story feels rushed and...not juicy, to put it in my words. It's hard. It feels like I'm painting a picture that already has an outline, but only using filler until I can add the luscious details. Makes everything I think about writing seem like it's not good enough.
Guess I have to understand that not every sentence and word is going to feel like the final, climactic, chapter of the story. Yet, they still must be interesting. This is the hard part about writing, and it's the source of my writers block. Writing shouldn't feel scripted, like you're abiding by a set of strict rules. It should feel fluid, fun, and addictive. Like a runner pushing his or herself to see how far they can go. If you don't feel like that, it's going to be darn near impossible to write something without feeling like it's crap and stopping altogether, completing the horrid cycle of writers block.
How do you make it fluid, fun, and addictive? I dunno. Go write a book about it.:moustache:
