Who would win in a 1-on-1 fight, Twilight Sparkle or Sunset Shimmer

Without outside help I will say shimmer. Lets look at the twos rise to power. Twilight with the help of her friends has helped saved Equestria numerous amounts of time. However she is prone to make mistakes and a few bad calls on her own.

Shimmer on the other hand had no one she started from the bottom and through dirty tactics rose the ranks. Before she was knocked off the top by twilight with help... From her friends. Granted Sunset is not evil or conniving anymore. However just because you choose not to use a particular skill does not mean you can't. I can see Shimmer using her own wit to making twilight confused or make mistakes. By doing so gaining the up hand in battle.

Also, we have canonical proof that Sunset can win a beam clash against Twilight thanks to Friendship Games. The versus match against Daydream Shimmer and Midnight Sparkle.
