Pixar Theory

You know what I haven't seen on Fim/Fanfiction???
A story featuring the Pixar theory... I know it would be hard to do (well) but I feel like it would be really interesting (maybe have the main character be Boo/the Witch going throughout the universe). For how you would post that on FimFiction, and what tags you could use
1. Twilight gets teleported during her flare when she was taking her entrance exam near the witch's hut, the witch helps her, becomes her mentor, and eventually helps her ascend (or otherwise, to allow Twilight to live throughout the 3,500+ year timeline). Dark/Adventure/Sad
2. Discord gets bored in Equestria, so he gets a hobby of trying to create a stable time paradox. Soooo... He rips open a hole in the space/time fabric continuity of the dimension's universe (or something), heads over to Earth, and kickstarts the timeline by introducing will-o-wisps (spellings is hard ;P) or telling Boo how to time travel. After that, he just kicks back, relaxes, and if he ever needs to give the timeline a little push in one direction or the other (to help maintain, and start, the paradox) he does. Slice of Life/Comedy
3. Faust, being the ultimate god of everything, has to make sure every universe is stable, including preventing paradoxes. What she doesn't realize is that in trying to convince Boo not to go back, by trying to give the computers an edge to wipe out the humans (ending the paradox), by trying to advance the evolution of animals, she inadvertantly is the one creating the paradox. Tragedy/Dark/Adventure
4. Pinkie Pie takes a vacation through the universe, and becomes friends with all the characters of the Pixar timeline (it's Pinkie Pie, I don't need to explain how she swims underwater for nemo or holds her breath in space with Wall-E... Or travels throughout the universe... Or lives through the timeline. Random/Comedy
5. Derpy is Dory (Finding Nemo), amIright? Comedy/Random/Adventure/Romance
6. A pony (any of them, but hopefully one of the anti-social ones (Luna(pre-nightmare night), Fluttershy, Applejack, Babbs Seed (or whatever her name is))) is put inside someones head (Inside out theme (Inside out isn't covered in the first link, so either read this one, or trust me that it just says emotions make people batteries, with imaginary friends being the comedy monster (you should probably just read the link)). Comedy/Slice of Life (or Adventure, depends on story)
ALL OF THE STORIES HAVE AN IMPLIED CROSSOVER AND HUMAN TAG
I didn't post how that would be done on FanFiction because I don't know how, as far as I'm aware, you can only make crossovers between two stories, definitely not every movie in the timeline... CLICK
As an endnote, I can't wait to see how The Good Dinosaur affects the timeline (I don't think the new Nemo or Toy Story will have as much of an effect as moving the entire timeline back 65 million years (I'm making a guesstimate, sadly the American education system values standardized testing more than learning about dinosaurs in High School (I feel like some people will take what I just said at face value, so please know it was a joke), but everything counts? I forgot... Just know that The Good Dinosaur (revealing new information) will do more to the universe than Nemo Dory or Toy Story 4 (elaborating on old information)).
