Ok this is not MLP but I just can't wait! My favorite show, named Longmire is releasing it's new season on the 10th on Netflix!
Last year in August, A&E decided not to renew. ( Leaving it's fans screaming for a resolution for the cliffhanger the 3rd season ended on.) Longmire, A&E's top scripted show was dropped because they said it's watchers were too old. I was among over 6 million people who joined in the Longmire posse and got the attention of network execs. Several times, not only was Longmire trending, but it jammed the servers and shut twitter down. Within seven days of being cancelled , Netflix was already interested in picking up the show. By September last year, it was announced that they would indeed continue the stories.
If you aren't familiar with Longmire, It is a modern day crime show set in Wyoming, with a western flair. But it's not a corny cowboy show. It is based on the books written by Craig Johnson. It has beautiful scenery, great story lines and deep characters who aren't just fluff. The lead character is a sheriff. He's trying to recover from someone murdering his wife the year before. The only thing is, almost nobody knows she was murdered.
Besides dealing with the regular police issues, He has to interact with various members of the Cheyenne on the reservation at the edge of his county. Many of whom dislike him because he arrested their Res Police chief on federal charges.
Check it out, only on Netflix! #LongmireOnNetflix
