Best Fan Voice Actor

I was thinking of what topic should I discuss in my first blog here. Then I thought of the fan works in this fandom and there are many of those that require voice work for the characters. Fan animations, radio drama, fan games, you name it. The voice actors assigned to provide the voices of the existing canon characters of the show had the need to at least resemble (in some cases, they do not) the voices of the characters they play. And some of the characters have multiple fan voice actors depending on the people who made the work. Twilight for example had Kira Buckland, Meredith Sims and some others. So I thought, why not ask the bronies who watched or heard most of these fan works to picked who is the best voice actor suited for the characters of the show.

So, in the comments section, state who do you think is the best fan voice actor for:
* Each of the Mane 6
* Celestia and Luna
* Spike
*Derpy, Lyra, Bon Bon, Octavia, Vinyl and Doctor Whooves
*Any other character from the show
These fan voice actors must be the ones that provided the voice of that respective character. You can state the reason why.
