I have completed the plotline to the Shudderbones story. There will still be proofreading and occasional revision, but the story that is posted is, in essence, complete!
I hope you all enjoy Shudderbones as much as I enjoyed writing it. If it's popular enough, I may just have to write a sequel.
There is an Equestria Girls human Shudderbones story coming as well, but I'm taking my time with that one.
No one liked my Sheerluck Homes story.
The story about Sheerluck Homes (Homes because his mother, Comfy Homes, wanted him to work in real estate) the Earth pony stallion (and parody of Sherlock Holmes) who lives with Doc Time Turner (AKA Doctor Whooves), in 211B Baking Street. He had a cutie mark of a magnifying glass and he work a deerstalker cap. He was about as smart and apathetic as the real Sherlock, although I based him largely after Benedict Cumberbatch's portrayal.
The story was about Screwball, as well, about who she was before Discord and how she became so screwy. It was more of a comedy than a mystery, which I guess is why people didn't like it. They also hated it because I referred to Doctor Whooves as his CANON name of Time Turner.
Another failed story was Fallout: Equestria - Spirit of Chaos. It discussed the death of Discord and the pony who took up the mantle of Master of Chaos. It featured Screwball as well, and Discord, Steampunk (another OC of mine), and more. It just wasn't meant to be.
Finally, BRAVERY, which is still being considered. It is the first story about Steampunk, taking place in the same setting as Shudderbones. In fact, I referenced Steampunk in one of the first few chapters of Shudderbones. I really hope to finish with the first chapter soon (it's over 5,000 words long, and it needs some serious revision). The estimated length of the completed BRAVERY would probably challenge The Chase (it has almost 2 million words) as the longest fan fiction on FIMFiction.net.
