Where exactly you saw Trixie saying "I will do exactly what you're doing"? She didn't do rope tricks, she did better - tricked trick-mare. Threw Rainbow around with her own rainbow - did better. Rarity changed her looks - Trixie made her look even worse than she was. Bested them.

Fact 2: Twilight defeated Ursa MINOR
Fact 3: Trixie was endangered by Ponyville resident then saved by another Ponyville resident.

Trixie didn't thank Twilight - why? Look facts 1 and 3. Endangered by ponyvillians, lost her wagon because of them, saved by them. Twilight beat Ursa Minor to save Ponyville. So? What to be thankful for?
