Court Mage here! Now, a lot of people seem to get worked up. The most of them over stories on this website. I'm here to teach you how to not care.
Step Number 1
This is the most important step! Clear your mind. Reduce your mind to a total blank. If that doesn't work, think of something nonsensical. Such as a funny joke you heard! Or a pointless video, such as this.
Step Number 2
In the opening to Mystery Science Theater 3000, there is a popular line in its theme song. If I recall, it goes like this:
"Just repeat to yourself: it's just a show, I should really just relax."
Just say that to yourself many times.
Step Number 3
This one is optional. Pretend you're reading the best fic ever! Even if the fic you are reading is utter garbage, you can still replace the words with good ones!
Step Number 4
Forget every opinion you have. Just get rid of them while reading the story. Just...don't care. At all.
