I was just re-watching the "Big Bang" episode in season 5? 6? I don't know. But that's not the point. Y'know how The Doctor sends himself into an explosion to save the universe? And then... he was erased? Wouldn't him being erased from the universe end it again? I mean, he's saved it so many times that the universe pretty much relies on him. The Daleks would kill everyone. Reality bomb? Seriously, the universe would just die in a different way. In fact, all of reality would die. Better to lose one universe than all of them, right? . Continuity is a bitch!
