3155073 well windows and Xbox is owned by Microsoft. They do keep those two separate. But when they said that you can access your Xbox live account through windows 10 and be able to play your game on your computer. It had me thinking "Do I still have to get an Xbox One to do that?" When I try to look it up it says nothing about having to own an Xbox One. So I assume that you don't have to, but this is Microsoft they always find a way to take your money.
