New to FiMFiction... Kinda.

Well, I am new to the site, but I am familar with the site's reputation and status.

I'm a long timer on FiM series. Was skeptical and even poking fun at it until I got to the first episode. It shut me the hell up, that's for sure. I stayed cloaser to the show things, never really strayed into the fandom except for the occasional art piece that caught my eye.

Fanfiction has always held this nasty rep in my mind of being "wishful thinking" and "bread for the mass of ignorance". But someon pointed out to me that I myself was being ignorant and needed to form my own opinion. A few fics on EQD caught my eye, but it wasn't enough, so to speak. I needed to go to a better source.

and I'll be damned if i try to figure out how to navigate FanFiction.

So I came here, the pony-fiction capital of the internets. Here to explore, look around, and read.
