Some say it is. Some say it isn't and some say that it's an excuse to do whatever you want. I personally believe it is real. Maybe I am a idiot but from what I've seen and what I read in articles, I find it difficult to believe that someone would lie about this. I understand that there are people who would abuse it but not everyone lies about this. I would go on but I rather hear from you (the readers) what you think about this. I've met a few autistics, and all I have to say is that using the term as an insult doesn't really make much sense.
3055445 I understand what you mean. Insulting people who can't just remove it from their lives. It's a rather cruel thing to do by insulting someone but we as humans cannot completely control what they say. We can only steer them to the right path but we cannot force them. I apologize if I miss said anything.
