Sooo, how's it going? · 3:56am Jul 11th, 2012
I know I said I'd have a chapter of Little Lily out on, like Friday, but you should know by know that you should take these things with a grain of salt. I do, however, fully intend to have the chapter out tomorrow, by, like, 4pm EST. Um, after that, I don't anticipate having access to any technology better than an old flip phone (and possibly not even that) until Saturday afternoon.
Yay mission projects!
Anyway, after this next chapter of LL, I think I'm going to focus on writing the rest of P&CF. After that I will be splitting my time between LL and the-still-tentatively-titled Chocolate Icing. (I do already have a bit of the first chapter of that written.)
Now on to the main reason I'm writing this. Think of this as a mini-rant, if you will.
I'm still in the PonyFall group, because I was going to use that to keep up with the stories that were kept. I'm not sure why, but I decided to go look at the forum in that group and see what was going on, and the first topic on the list was a request for status reports. Now this has nothing to do with the ability or decency of the authors that were kept or the admins of the groups, but I find it highly amusing that Little Lily is doing better that a a few of the stories that have already been started and were kept in the group (one of them being about a background pony who was only in, like, one scene), and half of the authors that were kept have yet to post their stories, at least into the group page.
I just thought that I should mention this because I found it highly amusing.
Your dear (and distracted) author,
Chocolate Factory
P.S. Blizzard is trying to make me keep writing, but Lis is trying to get me to come to bed 'cause I need to get a good night's sleep. I'm not sure who I should listen to...
