A Little Bio

Howdy Everypony,

It's safe to say that writing this comes as a surprise, posting anything on a site is a little beyond what I normally find myself willing to do. Being very shy by nature I join lots of sites and forums, but often do nothing more than browse them without ever interacting in any meaningful way. I decided that just wasn't good enough this time, especially because of how much MLP means to me.

I've spent a good portion of my life plagued by depression, I have few friends that I talk to, and shamefully even those few friends are limited to those I chat with on Skype. I'm a loner, partially because my depression makes it hard to open up to other's, and partially just because I have difficulty talking to anyone anyways. I don't tell many about the depression that I fight with every day, but one of my best friends knows everything about me, and is always trying to cheer me up. When he sent me a link to a show and said it would help, I honestly thought he was just trying another joke link and followed it without questions.

That's when I found the Pony's. I'm not to big to admit that at first I refused to watch any episodes, thinking he was making fun of me, but eventually after talking I gave it a shot, and honestly found myself enjoying it. I've since been working hard to catch up through the various seasons, and really do enjoy it. With how much I enjoyed it I figured I might as well see what the fandom had to offer, and set out in search of sites and forums about it.

Now I've found this fanfiction site, and I can't wait to read a bunch of the stories within. Maybe even try my hoof at writing a few ^^
