I find it fitting that I enjoy writing, since my last name is Ward. "The Old Gaelic surname derives from "Mac an Bhaird" ("son of the Bard"). A bard being a story teller or poet." - Surname meaning.

    So...

... I know I've been in and out, and everything's been tough. But how's everyone been doing? Who's still around?

    SITREP - September 7th, 2016

I'll cut to the chase, but I've posted this already on The Four Horses. Here's my envisioned plan for the coming months: Unfortunately within 30 days I'm going to be moving and my military life as I know it is getting uprooted and replanted elsewhere. I don't know anyone there, and I don't know what the work tempo will be like. All I know is that I'll be traveling all over the world on a

Just a small bit from what I've written tonight, which by the way was nearly 1,000 words. So go me! Huzzah! This is meant to encourge me as well as peak all your interests, and maybe keep us all going on this project. Enjoy!

    Surprise!

Well well well, I'll bet some of you weren't expecting this to appear in your feeds. But, yes, I'm alive, alas. I've been away from the writing scene for a long, long while now. Honestly, some stuff went down and I was battling myself, so you all unfortunately fell into the background. But I digress! I received my favorite book in the mail this past week, Airborn (to those of you who know

Yes, the word I know you all hate.

Regardless, don't expect me to write much in the next few weeks. As of tomorrow, my flight leaves Raleigh North Carolina, bound of home :)

A potential future of my writing... · 4:41pm Mar 16th, 2015

I love writing. Plain and simple. Just as you guys get to discover the story as you read it, I get to discover it as I write it. Ideas often appear in my head as giant shadows, with only a few lit spots of ideas that I can see. And slowly as I write, more and more becomes revealed. Things I never thought I'd write about. Idea's I had never imagined. Truly it is one of my favorite things. So it pains me when I don't write for sometime. A lot of it has to do when I don't know what to write, or how to write it. Or maybe something didn't just turn out how I wanted it to. Or an outside factor limiting.

Basic Avionics school is taking up most of my time down here in NAS Pensacola. Though it's been going well; I'm the leader of my class, meaning I pass orders from the instructor to the rest of the students, and I'm also third in GPA with a 94%. However it's taking up most of my focus. Though I'm about to graduate from it, and I've been finding more free time to which I've been wasting and could be doing other things. Like writing.

So here's what I'm considering... either put it up to a vote, or make the decision on my own. I'm going to get back to writing, but with what is a different story.

I shall press my favorite button on my keyboard, one that's been worn down more than I'd like to admit, and restart one of my stories. Personally I'm leaning towards Skyborn because that's my favorite concept and character set. But Broken Feathers: Desert Storm is a apart of a seemingly well liked series... and The Four Horses is one of my most popular stories thus far, and definitely the one with the most money put into it.

So which is it... what should I do? I'm probably going to go with Skyborn unless several people convince me otherwise.

Also I'm going to make a compilation picture with all of my favorite OCs to help build the inspiration
