Dark Heat
(PART 1: The Mysterious Student)
(Rough Draft)

“Deep down, there will be always be chaos in the world. But what would happen if chaos had fallen in love with kindness? Would chaos lose to this kindness?”
Discord: “…Fluttershy…”
Fluttershy: “Wha?”
Discord: “…Fluttershy…”
Fluttershy: “Hello? Who are you?”
Discord: “You know who I am.”
Fluttershy: “Wh-where are you? W-why are you here?”
Discord: “Heh! Don’t you worry my dear, we will meet again soon. But, you might want to wake up before you are late for school. Ha-ha!”
Fluttershy: “Wait, what?”
(Discord disappears)
Fluttershy: “Huh? Wait! Come back!”
(End of dream)
(ALARM: BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!)
Fluttershy: “Kya!”
(Fluttershy gets out of bed, rubs her eyes, and yawns)
Fluttershy: “Oh my goodness, oh my goodness, oh my goodness. It looks like the nightmares are starting up again… But why now? I thought that they wouldn’t come back again after what had happened… So why?”
(Fluttershy looks at her clock)
Fluttershy: “Oh my goodness! Is it that time already?! I have to go wake up Angel and make breakfast!”
(Fluttershy rushes to get ready for school and sees that her little sister Angel is already waiting by the front door. Once Fluttershy is finished she meets up with Angel and they both walk out the door. Fluttershy locks the door and the two of them start to walk to school)
Fluttershy: “I’ll come and wait for you when your classes are done. After that we can walk home together like we always do. Is that okay?”
Angel: “Sure is Fluttershy! See you later!”
(Fluttershy watches Angel go towards her middle school. When she sees that she’s safe in the school she walks off towards her school. On the way there she starts to sing a song.)
Fluttershy: “Ah, it is such a nice day out…just listen to the birdies singing their song…”
(Lots of kids talking on their way to school)
Flarity: “Fluttershy! Hey! Wait for me!”
(Fluttershy turns and sees her good friend Flarity)
Fluttershy: “Oh, good morning Flarity. It’s a nice day out isn’t it?”
Flarity: “It sure is. So, you excited for the big surprise today?”
Fluttershy: “What surprise? Wait, is the school going to help out with the animal shelter?!”
Flarity: “I wish. You do know that I always go over to the animal shelter to help you take care of all your friends, right? I think that our strengths alone is enough to help out the shelter. But, no that isn’t the surprise. Don’t tell me you don’t remember the news Miss Cherilee was explaining yesterday!”
Fluttershy: “U-uh well….not really…I saw a beautiful blue bird sitting out on a tree branch outside. It was so pretty that I couldn’t help but watch and listen to her sing and-“
Flarity: “I get it, I get it. Anyway, the news was that-“
(Rarity and Apple Jack show up next to them)
Rarity: “Oh Fluttershy darling, Flarity, good morning.”
Apple Jack: “Howdy Sugar cube, howdy Flarity. Uh, you alright there Sugar cube? You look like you didn’t much sleep. Something bothering you?”
Rarity: “Now that I think about it, you do look horrible darling.”
Fluttershy: “Oh, no it is nothing. I had a rough night getting to sleep is all...”
Flarity: “Oh, I’m sorry to hear that Fluttershy. Oh hey! Look theirs Twilight, Rainbow and Pinkie Pie! Hey guys!”
Twilight: “Good morning. Lovely day isn’t it?”
Rainbow: “You bet it is, which means that today I will show those boys who’s really awesome at running!”
Pinkie: “I’m excited for baking super delicious chocolate cupcakes in baking class! Mmmmm cupcakes…”
(All of them then entered the class room as they continued to converse with one another.)
(School starts and everyone is in their seats.)
Miss Cherilee: “Good morning class. We have a lot to cover today. But first, let us meet our new student. Please come in.”
Fluttershy: “Wait, we are meeting a new student?”
Flarity: “Yes, did you not remember? I was trying to tell you on the way to school but we got interrupted by Rarity, AJ, Twilight, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow.”
(Discord enters the room)
Miss Cherilee: “Class please welcome Discorn Draconiquis. Please tell us about yourself Discorn.”
Discord: “I’m Discorn, but please call me Discord. I live alone and my favorite things are Cloud Cotton Candy and Chocolate Milk.”
Rainbow: “Did this guy really just say he like cotton candy and chocolate milk?”
Apple Jack: “Hush Rainbow. It’s rude to interrupt someone talking.”
Miss Cherilee: “Uh, well that is nice to know Discorn. Now how about we find you a seat? Let me see, Fluttershy is there an empty seat next to you by any chance?”
Fluttershy: “Uh-uh um…Y-Yes there is Miss Cherilee…”
Miss Cherilee: “Perfect, that will be your assigned seat then Discorn.”
Discord: “Thank Ma’am.”
Rarity: “I think that is the first time I have ever heard a student call Miss Cherilee “Ma’am”.”
Twilight: “Maybe he was brought up in a strict life style.”
Miss Cherilee: “Now that introductions are out of the way, I hope that you all finished your algebra assignment from yesterday.”
Rainbow: “Aw man!”
(The bell rings for lunch)
Twilight: “Hey Fluttershy are you ready to eat?”
Fluttershy: “Oh, I’ll meet you girls there in a minute. Just let me go to the bathroom real quick.”
Twilight: “Okay. We’ll meet you down in the school gardens.”
(Twilight leaves to catch up with the others)
Fluttershy: “Oh my, today was pretty busy. With a new student and learning about rational equations I feel like I won’t be able to feed all my animal friends.”
(While walking down the hallway toward the cafeteria Fluttershy accidently bumps into someone)
Fluttershy: “Oh oh my goodness! O-oh are y-you alright? I’m sorry, I-I didn’t see where I was go-“
(Fluttershy looks up from under her rosy pink bangs and sees Discord looking down at her.)
Discord: “No, no, no, it was my fault my dear. Please allow me.”
(Discord reaches out his hand to Fluttershy. She slowly but timidly accepts his hand and is helped back on her feet)
Discord: “Lovely…”
Fluttershy: “W-w-what?”
(Discord softly runs his slim fingers through Fluttershy’s soft pink hair)
Fluttershy: “Eeep! W-w-w-what a-are you doing?”
Discord: “Hm? Oh dear me…Apologies my dear. It’s just that your hair is so lovely. It complements with your sparkling eyes.”
Fluttershy: “Um…t-thank you?”
Discord: “Well, don’t worry, we’ll get to meet again soon. Arrivederci my dear.”
(Fluttershy watches Discord walk off in the other direction. She slowly touches her hair gently)
Fluttershy: “Oh no! I was supposed to meet the girls for lunch! I better hurry!)
(Fluttershy rushes down the hallway towards the school gardens and catches up with her friends. What she doesn’t know is that someone was watching her.)
Fluttershy: “Hey girls! W-wait up!”
Flarity: “Well there she is! Hurry up Fluttershy!”
Rarity: "Oh calm down Flarity. Hm? Doesn't Fluttershy look a little flushed?”
Rainbow: “It's probably your imagination Rarity. Come on Flutters, lunch isn’t going to last forever you know?”
Rarity: "Hm I guess you're right."
Twilight: “Don’t worry Rainbow we’ve still got an hour before classes start.”
Pinkie Pie: “Oh oh oh! Let’s have a “Fluttershy Doesn’t Fall” party!”
Apple Jack: “Uh I don’t think that should be the theme of a party Pinkie.”
(All the girls laugh and Fluttershy smiles)
Sombra: “So, she is still alive…This is getting interesting. Hahahahahahahaha….”
