Hey everybody! It's time for me to tell you about one of my favorite games of all times, The Elder Scrolls Chapter II: Daggerfall.
As some of you may know, Daggerfall (along with the original Elder Scrolls game, Arena) has been released, free of charge, by Bethesda Softworks, to be downloaded and enjoyed at your leisure. Did I mention it was free? If you enjoy the modern Elder Scrolls games, then you owe it to yourself to play this game. The game (including the install files, data files, and all the add-ons and patches I have downloaded and installed) comes in at under a gigabyte, and at the low, low price of absolutely no dollars, it's worth the minute (or less if you have really good internet) or so it takes to download, and it is loads of fun. Being a DOS game, the graphics are a little...dated, but I think the gameplay has stood the test of time. And with a kicking MIDI soundtrack, it is absolutely in my top ten of favorite games ever. Now, I leave you with the music that will be stuck in your heads for months when you start playing this game.
