Its just a short story, which means that Colt will continue.
Here is the first Paragraph of the story.

It is the middle of winter in Ponyville. The trees are covered in glistening white snow, same as the ground and the buildings. A usually fun and festive time of year for all of the citezens of the small town, especialy the youngest of the ponies. But this is the seventh year of the Everfree Cannibal. Seven years ago, the rumors started. Seven years ago, children started to go missing without a trace.
