That'd be helpful, since the pitch you offered is pretty much nonspecific, and is a pretty well-tread area, since it was basically the conflict that kicked off the whole darn series.
Also, I'm probably being pendantic, but with someone as long lived as Celestia, I would figure she has an epic boatload of regrets. Though I would imagine Luna is easily the biggest.
