I don't talk about Earth being flat (and proving it) just to waste time (sorta). I talk about it because they have such a closed mind and don't even realize it. I'll use North Korea as an example: the citizens of North Korea think that Kim Jong Un is a god and what not. To us (basically every non-North Korean), the very idea of him being anything more than an American hating idiot (I mean who researches how to makes nukes, and then is like "I hate America" to America's face... an idiot, that's who) is hilarious. But his prisoners citizens honor him. The only reason they do is because they have been told that from birth (same concept as religion, sexism, racism, ismism). When I tell people that the world is flat, it's because I want them to realize that they only think the world is round because they've been told that from birth. When I try and tell people that the Earth is flat, they'll laugh in my face and be like "are you stupid? Of course the world's round!" Then they would pull out a map of round Earth and be like "see stupid, how else would there be a map of round Earth." When I say "I can use photoshop to." Of course with SETI and others, that is a lot harder to disprove (as there are so many pictures it would nearly be impossible to make a fake round Earth), but that is not the point I am trying to prove when I argue about this, I am trying to make you question, "what if we are the real North Korea, thinking that we have so much freedom when we really don't." Now if you have traveled internationally then you have pretty much disproven anything I have said, but I still want you to think about it. I know, this probably didn't make much sense, but don't try to think about it too much.

It only doesn't make sense if you think about it.
