The Equality Cutie Marks.

i was watching the season 5 trailer when i saw the cutie marks were all equal signs on the towns pony. This got me to thinking a lot on what these marks stand for. (Warning:This is a head cannon and not to be taken too seriously.) This is part of what i like to call an "Equality Spell." It sorta goes that the spell makes everypony equal to where not one pony is not better at the other things some another pony can't. One example is when in the trailer for Rainbow Dash, she has this mark and isn't as fast as normal. This would help strengthen the theory that the spell hinders ponies from being unique in their own ways. For Dash it would be her speed. so the spell cuts her speed to where she flies as fast as the rest of pegasi do. This for me is a very scary thought as far as i know. We have no clue on what these marks truly mean and hope that things become clear hopefully in the future.
