Alright, I'm back from New York and I must say the entire wedding went off without a hitch, what so ever! I just glad there wasn't any changlings there........ thank Celestia. Any who, I'd like to apologize for not repling at any of your comments, blogs, etc. I kind of wanted a break from the site and writing for the time being. I would have posted this blog sooner but I wanted to get settled back into my home, had a bit of a head ach but nothing a little alkaselzer can't help.
It was really great seeing everyone at the wedding and the reception, the wedding was held about a block away from where the reception was at. I'm honestly gled to say it's good to be home, but I'm a bit upset for the fact that the 2012 Bronycon was being held in New Jersey, and I had no idea it was even there until I looked it up the main website! And I was too late to try and buy the badge I needed to get it!
But reguardless.........I still had fun seeing my relatives. Had a few curve balls in our plans but me and my dad pulled through and everything turned out alright in the end. First off the hotel we were going to say at the first night when we got there said that our suite wasn't ready so we had to spend the night at a different hotel. Thankfully our room was ready the next day after that. And second, some of the best dress shirts my dad was going to ware to the wedding got mixed up with someone elses dry cleaning, but he managed to buy himself a new shirt for the wedding at the mall.
All and all the wedding was fine. My cousin Brain did whole 'mawige' speech from the 'Princess Bride' movie, everyone there got a real kick out of that. Kim brought her small dog to the wedding before Cass walked down the isle with Uncle Scott by her side. I hope you all didn't miss me too much. So anyway I'm back and ready to get back to working on my current fanfiction project. See ya around everypony!
