Blog Post #76-16062021: Toys and Stuff Blog

Since I don't post much on this blog and I usually only use it to show off some videos I found on Youtube or just announce my latest story updates, I decided put to a better use and show off my toys, books and other stuff I lying around. I'll show off some of the pony stuff I collected over the years.

Stay tuned for more updates and see what I have for my first stuff post.

Blog Post #005-01022015: And...Boom. Ponies. · 4:40am Feb 2nd, 2015

Just finished watching the Super Bowl and it was sure a hell of a lot better than last years thrashing. Both the Patriots and the Seahawks gave it their all and it was a true championship game. NFL Films is going to have a field day editing this game footage because the game was that great. The game came down to the last play (well, technically, no) and the Patriots' Malcolm Butler made the game winning interception in the end zone. There were some shenanigans when the Patriots took a knee (one of the Seahawks got ejected for fighting), but the Patriots are once again the champions of American football.

Of course, the other thing that I watched were all the weird commercials. My personal favorite was the one were Liam Neeson did his whole "Taken" bit in that "Clash of Clans" commercial. The one I didn't expect was the Super Bowl Rally commercial where we saw fans, actors, soldiers doing their thing and then...boom. Ponies. And apparently they are Colts fans. It was a surprise, but I couldn't help but smile. Though I wonder how these ponies get any reception to any NFL games on Equestria. Maybe it's a combination of magic and a deal with DirecTV.

I guess this means Ponies are mainstream now. I don't know. It was a surprise, though.
