So I've been thinking about my recent lack of progress... I don't think I've written a word in over 4 weeks. This is due to many things, but the one I want to focus on has to do with Frosty as a story.
I first came up with the idea for Frosty two Christmases ago. In fact, I came up with it two days before Christmas in 2013. I had attempted to write it all before the day came, but failed to an extent. I then spent several months trying to make it good, scary, and have it tie in with other things I had been working on. In short, I over-complicated it.
What I'm trying to say is that I've focused on nothing but Frosty for a year now. I think this is why I haven't had the enthusiasm to write like I used to. I need to get some variety in my writing.
This is why I am making Frosty a side project. I will write it every so often, and I WILL FINISH IT. In the other time, I will begin writing some other ideas I have couped in my head, and hopefully it will get my back into the groove so I can finish Frosty.
So yeah. Just wanted to let you know.
