I came to this site originally just to lurk. I've been doing just that for weeks. In previous fandoms, I have written several mature fanfics (so I have some experience), and I didn't feel like doing so in this fandom until recently. As anyone who might be reading this may know, I have published my first story to this site today. It went over pretty well in my book, so not only am I going to keep publishing my clopfics, but I am most likely going to turn "Layers" into a series. I was working on a grimdark Applejack fic, only a couple thousand words so far, but I think I may trash it, or at least delay it...until I get bored writing Layers.
Thank you to all the people who put my story in their favorites, and my greatest thanks to the people who followed me because of it! It keeps me going!
You're welcome. The main reason why Layers was so popular was the fact that it was well written and the emotion that Pinkie shared about her past clinched it for me.
