Note: This is a "Whelp, I'm bored. Let's post something." Don't know if anyone cares.

Good day my fellow subjects of our benevolent moon. Just returning home from visiting family and felt like writing it down. My family is a rather large one- my grandmother's grandfather had 24 children (22 biological plus two strays as our family says)- and yesterday I saw some cousins I hadn't seen for the longest time (honestly, I don't know most of their names that's how little I see them). The night started well enough with dinner and visiting among the adults, but things quickly went................. south. Let me say: I love small children. Especially when there are nine of them running around and screaming. FUN. :pinkiecrazy: What was really great was that one of them found my notebook I write in- 'bout had a heart attack since I had started a story with content not exactly appropriate for a seven year old to read (she didn't, thank God)- and she and her sister stared to write in it. With a lot. Of. Pressure. :twilightangry2: I ripped out five pages that's how hard they were pressing with the pencil, but I can't complain to any one about it because they're little. :facehoof:
Anyway, my family also has a tradition of a "white elephant" type gift game. You bring a present for your gender group and we draw numbers for who goes first, that person will pick a gift and unwrap it. The next person can either pick a gift themselves or "steal" a present from the person before if they like the gift, the third person to touch the gift gets to keep it since it becomes "locked" and can't be stolen anymore. This will continue until every man/woman has a gift. (If you want any clarifications I'll be more than happy to answer ) I can say that it was a first for me this year since nobody stole my gift. :ajsmug:
In conclusion, Happy holidays and may we all succeed in future endeavors.
