A Funny Story from a While Back: Never show me your creepypasta · 9:17pm Dec 22nd, 2014
So a few weeks ago I was trading scary stories (aka creepypastas) with this girl I know. Well it was her turn and the told me this one that... It just didn't sit well with me. I didn't quite know what it was but I felt like part of the story was wrong somehow. This is a summary of the story.
So this girl's parents were gone for the day and left her home alone. She had this dog. She liked to sleep with the dog licking her hand so she would pit her hand under her bed for the dog to lick. Well she went to bed and got all comfortable but couldn't sleep because she heard dripping. She got up and went to her bathroom and turned off the faucet then got back into bed and treid to sleep again. Repeat for the kitchen, outside garden hose, and then she finally goes to her parents private bathroom and finds, totally didn't see this one coming, the dog is hung and in blood on the wall is written ' people can lick too'
okay the first issue I found was with the dripping, as in how could it be Loud and steady enough that she thought it was coming from the friggin garden hose outside ?!? Does she have no directional hearing? So after having her explain that away I still had a few issues suck as that it is really really hard to write in blood but that was also waved away. Anyway I went home still having some issues with it (PS while I am writing this right now my dog just started licking my leg ) so I kinda kept poking and prodding it, trying to figure out what was wrong. Flash forward to the very next day when I arrive triumphantly with the answer! I figured out who the killer was then gave a detailed description of how and why it all went down. I actually manages to figure out who killed the dog from just that much information It was the father if you were wondering. So don't show me your creepypastas, I will end up ringing it for everyone with my L-ish tendencies.
Creepypasta pawned.
I can see what your saying. However sometimes in horror stories the writer will discard logic to give the story a creepier feel. The important part is not get it so far out of context it just sounds ridiculous. Like have someone die then show up later and not explain how it happened.
Do NOT involve animals in horror stories, Butter!!!!
