Christmas Blog! · 8:13pm Dec 22nd, 2014
I hope everyone is enjoying their nice Christmas Break because I am! I get to see my family, and even though we usually just sit and watch TV together, I am having fun. I haven't really told people what I have been up to, so it seems like I am just on and off, which is true, but I am doing a lot. This blog is all to tell what I am doing!
First, I am in the Navy, so my schedule is typically hectic and busy, so just being able to find free time is hard for me. I am trying to get a lot done under the pressure that I should be studying for an exam I'm having a week after my break, but I'm typically a procrastinator, so I work better doing things like studying at the last minute.
Next, I am editing for various people on this sight. Listing the many people that I have: CrackedInkWell for his story My Little Girl, PastelProse for the story Daughter of the Night, Panboa for a story currently in the making, Aybee for the story When Balloons Float to the Stars, BlackDenimCap for a story currently in the making, and lastly Alubrony for his story The Disappearance of Pinkamena Diane Pie. Naturally, on top of this, I almost always review more than half the stories I read.
Following this, I have technically four stories I am working on. I have Squad Z and One Life, Two People, which I have put on Haitus for the project of another story I am working on. I have the story that I plan to call Pinkie's Demon, which is my bigger multi-chapter project that is being proofread by Alubrony and ShadowblazeCR (along with one of my own best friends, who has an interest in the type of story it is going to be). I thank them a lot for helping me with it, and they are willing to use some of their time to help me. I have currently stopped writing it, so I could throw in this little story before Christmas (particularly at 12 am on the 25th). The story is called Operation: CUPPCAKES, and it will be my Christmas one shot.
Going along with the many things I am already doing, I am spending time with my family, so that we can have fun. I still need to buy a Christmas present for one of the family members and a birthday gift for a friend because it is shortly after New Years. So, this means more time outside and less time on the computer. Speaking of outside, I also have to exercise to keep in shape since the military does have fitness policies.
Then, I am learning more about drawing, so I am spending time working on my concept art to make my own cover art pages for my stories as well as for others that are willing to want them. I got tired of using pictures that weren't my own, and I like drawing; therefore, it only make sense for me to draw my own and just use them.
Well, that is pretty much my daily day everyday. So, sorry if I am slow for those I am editing for those I am editing for. Sorry if I am slow posting stories for those that are reading them. I am really trying hard to manage my time, so I can get everything I want done finished. Just be patient and things will slowly settle. Thank you for understanding!
From hell, to you, and back again,
