I'm Back and Very Much Alive · 5:42pm Oct 7th, 2014
To those of you who doubted my inevitable return: you were wrong.
Hello again brothers and sisters of the My Little Pony fanfiction community! After a long break since... when was it, August? Or was it July? Whatever it was, I'm back. And I'm happy.
Recent develpments in my life that have prevented me from posting and being part of this community range from my grandmother's health issues to my surprisingly fast developing prowess for playing the Oboe (and English Horn). But now that my grandma is stable, and audition season is over, I can get back to work.
Speaking of auditions: for any of you Maryland readers, you should know about the Potomac Valley Youth Orchestra. Well, it's a hotshot youth organization around my area, and I have been accepted as second oboe/principle E. Horn to their HIGHEST GROUP! Considering I'm a grade below the minimum, this is no small achievement. This year we are doing the Carmen Suite #1 by George Bizet, Mannin Veen by Hayden Woods, and Hungarian March #1 by Hector Berlioz.
Any how... back to ponies.
I have a few brilliant ideas I'm working on. For one thing, a brand new story called "Redirection" about an rift forming between the alternate universes of Equestria resulting in duplicate unicorns appearing all over Equestria, and a sequal to "They Move." Of course, I'll be stoking the fires under the writing of Fiery Empire.
Anyone play Kerbal Space Program? I've been finding myself devolving into shooting little green men out on truly amazing interplanetary missions lately. Oh and I've discovered the Euro Truck Simulator series. THEY ARE SO FREAKING GOOD!
And why the hell did Netflix have to take down Battlestar Gallactica literally 48 hours after I started watching it for the first time? WHY NETFLIX? WHY?
See y'all around.
