Where to start on? (Writers Block)

Hey guys and gals of FimFiction! ZoomGhostJohn here and I've been stumped on how and where to start on ideas for stories.
There are three current fics that I'm working on from time to time. The problem lies the fact that aside from me goofing off too many times to count is that it isn't easy on which idea to finish since I've completed brainstorming for all three current fanfics.

To the followers, which one of the three ideas should I work on for a rough draft?

Soarin's Creamy Filling?

My Kind of Pie?

or
Booking For Velvet?

What do you think of the concepts and them? And which ones do you think I should start on? Because at the moment, I really can't decide and I don't want to disappoint with my writing.
