Trolls, the most pitiful of people lately

So, time once again for the dragon to breathe fire. The target this time? Trolls.

Ohhh I'm expecting interesting feedback on this one, but yes, I'm referring to internet trolls. To me, humanity has always had it's bad points. you have the greedy, the vain, the self centered. But in today's world, none of them even come close to topping the ignorance and level of stupidity of internet trolls.

Seriously? WTF is going on with society and schools?! · 8:33pm Sep 11th, 2014

Ok, reading an acquaintance's blog post about bullshit he's going through in school has me in rant mode, to time to unload a heapin helping of rant myself.

I'm 35 years old, and looking at what schools are becoming nowadays, every time I read ANYTHING going on with a school, the same words go through my head: What the fuck?! I mean seriously. Teachers not being able to care for student's needs because some fat ass fucking anal retentive hippo of a parent might "come in and complain their child is being mistreated" when really the kid's a fucking imbecile and a bully to boot, and then you have the kids who really suffer through school, the ones who are told "they're not good enough" "they'll never amount to anything" just because they're not the most popular queen bee or jock shitstain who can throw a fucking ball!

When i was going to school, I got teased every single day of my life. when I was in my senior year, I actually got a letter, signed by classmates who told me in the letter i'd be better off to everyone if I was dead. What did my school do about it? nothing. they couldn't, because there "wasn't an actual threat to me". I will admit after having done a workterm in a school I can understand how hard teachers have it. Imagine going into a profession to try to educate and improve, only to have your job shut down because you're being downsized, not paid a decent wage, or scared to death to do anything because of these fucking bitchmonkey parents who protect the priviliged fucks because in their eyes "all children are special and can do no wrong"

What I'm about to say is going to be touchy, very fucking touchy. School shootings. I can hear some anuses snap shut already, so I'll go on regardless. Now, before I begin my rant on this, I want to say: I do not support school shootings or the shooters. I feel there's easier, non violent ways to resolve situations, and no one should ever be shot in a school.

That said, what does piss me off is when you hear about one of these school shootings, you never EVER once hear anyone blame the bullies, or other students. it's always "what horrible music they listened to" or "what violent video games they were playing that corrupted them"

People like this I feel need to be smacked up the side of the head with a piece of heavy mining equipment. People are so quick to look for the quickest scapegoat. I can help with that: Maybe it's the parents who didn't pay attention to the kids when they said they were being bullied. Maybe it's the fucking cavemen bully system that thinks there's nothing better to relieve their own BS life than by making someone else's life misery. Did you ever think of that? You want to wonder why kids are upset at schools and losing faith, it's as simple as one statement: Listen to them. and I don't mean sit down and partially hear half of what they're trying to tell you while you think about which piece of tail you'd like to tap. I mean actually fucking listen. listen to what they have to say, the tone they're saying it in, put yourself in their fucking shoes. then maybe if you wake up long enough to realize the serious shit going down, people can move on to phase 2: saying something and actually doing something about it. history has shown us that if people want justice easy enough, we as people can put aside any petty differences and just fucking work together.

I'm done breathing fire for the moment.

This statement.

Words cannot describe how true it is (that video games do not cause violence.)

All in all, I agree with you, man. I'm 16, and have only been bullied once (my school is a small one) and I took care of the problem by telling the teachers (it's a private school for kids with disabilities such as ADHD and Aspergers (I have both.)

Anyway, cheers to you.

I mean it. Everything you said is true.

Whether you're in america or sweden, this blog post rings true. School's pretty much gone to hell over here too, and for the exact same reasons you list here. I think the worst part is the fact that teachers stand powerless to act against bad behaviour for fear of being accused of "mistreatment". Seriously, some kids today can beat one another blue, but once a teacher so much as brushes against them it's suddenly "use of excesive force/violence". Seriously, some teachers over here have gotten fired for grabbing a kid's arm...:facehoof:
