Dear Princess Celestia,
Death is inevitable. Everypony, from ponies who experienced nothing but hardship, to ones that spent every waking moment of the day making others happy, is going to die. It doesn't matter how good you are, how bad you are, how rich or how poor... everypony dies.
The thing is, though, that it doesn't happen every day. Before people die, they live. Even the worst of days can be made better if you have a friend to help you and even the meanest of ponies can have their tender moments. Because before ponies die, they live. They have birthdays parties, and they fall in love. They play together, fight together, build and enjoy life, together. Horrible things still happen, and sometimes friends can hurt each other without even knowing it. But, just because something is bad doesn't necessarily mean its hopeless, and true friendship can fix things nothing else can.
