Recently Your Human And You has become quite popular with spinoffs from it. I have to say I feel inspired somewhat to write one. But, I feel that just a normal introverted intelligent human mistaken for a dumb animal isn't really that fun anymore. It's kinda like an overused joke already. The only way for a YHAY story to seem different is basically character wise. I've seen one where it was a YHAY story, but the human was with Gilda.
I like that direction as well. Why should only Equestria be involved in this? So, I have been thinking, and when I've been thinking about possibly new and interesting stories YOU KNOW IT'S GONNA HAVE PLOTHOLES!!!
So, why not a human in the Changeling hive? Or a human with the Dragons at the volcano. Can you honestly say wouldn't be tempted to read it?
So, my ideas so far that I have a general feel for are:
Like I said earlier, Human with the Changelings. Basically, human ends up in desert, get captured by Ponies, capturing process is interrupted by the Changelings to steal the goodies. Probably an inconvenient plothole is somewhere in that area due to my Moderate writing skills. If I can't bring the full value of this idea, can someone please do it? Don't let it get wasted!
Idea#2: This one would be a crossover. What if Ponies mistake for something to be human. Like this!
Ulqiuorra Schiffer as the big black bat thing. Everybody would think of it as a physical deformity...I like the idea!
