Would any of you believe me if I said that "Countdown to the Gala" was originally supposed to be a way to direct attention to "Stranded"?

Yep, It's true. Stranded was a piece of literature that I poured my heart and keyboard into. Countdown to the gala was some idea that came to me one day that I thought would be good. I thought that whoever would like it would look up the author and find my other story with almost no errors. And instead they liked a CMC story where they go to the gala and that I forgot to proofread. (I'm an editor, so why get one?)

So my all in all reaction to how Countdown to the gala got better reception than my best Snails story was a bit like this:

So I'm going to give this random CMC chapter story thing another go. But I am not adding Snails, nor any recognizable colt. Wish me luck, and in the meantime, I've decided to continue with Countdown to the gala. Don't worry folks! A chapter is in the works!
