Seriously, be creative, think something "EVIL". Bwahahahahahahahaha-*cough*.
Me, I'm thinking some interesting executions. Total war, along with the annihilation of Equestria and making it burning to a crisp just like the Razing of the Shire. A little torturing to Discord for no reason, making BlueBlood work in a Industrial Plant as a basic laborer with no pay at all (that's actually not evil) beside all the Equestrian slaves. Make more war machines and take over the various nations like Gryphus. Turn the remains of cities into death camps, labor camps, etc. Did I mention more execution, send in the mares and foals first, let them die slowly...or maybe let the foals go to a re-education camp. Let the former E.U.P. rot in a cell for a lifetime and make Celestia a living experiment for the latest of science. Mutate the wildlife of the Everfree. And last but not least, make Luna a power source for my new city.
Isn't it a great day to be evil for once. Now all I said is not even really evil, that's just mild.
