I have not abandoned the project, coincidentally the last chapter is longer than i had originally thought it to be, mainly due to the fact that i had combined the last two into one large one. I have also lost inspiration because the whole story isn't really shaping into what I had wanted.

I will, and have been forcing myself to finish it. I can't really say for sure how long it'll take, but now that it's summer I shouldn't have much of a problem outside of procrastination that will hinder the writing of the story.
