The background music is genius. While not exactly the way I imagined it (it's actually more like he's hearing lullaby-like melodies, as if his mother was always singing to him), it almost perfectly gives the feel of a constant noise clinging to his mind. Well done!

The mood I originally went for was sort of melancholic, I suppose. This music made it creepy...
