(pony, human, ect) lays in bed in a hospital after a accident and is in a coma. After weeks of trying to wake him up Luna decides to enter his subconscious and try to wake him up. However once in there she learns that they don't want to wake up and simple wants them to let them go and pull the plug.

It's said that death is the eternal sleep, and much like saving ponies from their nightmares it's Luna's job to make sure the passing have no regrets and have a peaceful slumber. A (insert species) is walking to the light at the end of the tunnel, and Luna decides to join them until they make it there.
