I'm considering writing a story, for the first time anywhere outside of Elementary school...
First off... Does anyone know about pre-unification stuff? Or is there actually not much known about that besides that the three types were not getting along (understatement of the year candidate right there)
Second... If I do actually write it, because I have actually never watched the show, I WILL need some help to see if it fits within the MLP universe (more or less, doesn't need to be perfect)
The basis is that a Pegasus name Star Chaser (a bit of a self-insert I know... but it won't be ME (IRL kind)) is in some fight (pre-unification) winds up somehow being "petrified"/stasis/whatever and is woken up in "present" day (post unicorn Twilight, during alicorn Twilight)
Anything to say about that?

Also is there a point where history just kind of... stops?

2322311 the show is kind of famous in the community for not expanding on the history unless it helps with an episode. so the only Pre-Unification stuff is either from the hearths warming eve episode or as little bits from other episodes. so only the writers could know about that stuff... and they probably don't even know. as far as I know they don't even have a definite world layout or map for the show. and now I'm ranting so I better stop
2322328 I remember somewhere on YouTube someone saying that it's almost as if the mlp world is Post-Apocalyptic with the random pieces of technology (speakers) alongside medieval technology... so... >:)

2322340 I like that idea and I think I will go with it to some extent (magitech stuff can open so many possibilities and I think I will need them to keep it from stopping under 2,000 words...)
