What defines bad fiction?

To you, want do you not like when it comes to fanfiction? I do not mean obvious stuff like a mary-sue developing half way into the first paragraph of a story, or every sentence spelled like it went though a spellchecker backwards. I mean things about the story itself, maybe that little thing that made you give a dislike. A painfully predictable plot twist, dull dialogue, the possibilities are endless!

Everypony has their own opinion, but I’m curious to know. And if you have a specific story in mind, please link if you have the time.

I dislike stories with OOC characters, ridiculously implausible and/or undeveloped storylines with a lot of plot holes, a lot of bad grammar and spelling, and offensive behavior and/or language.
