Hello, everypony, it's Pennycatan and I think I'll need some help with the 'Snow Queen in Equestria'
I'm stuck a bit and only few ideas came up to my mind so I want to ask you guys to give me some ideas... If you want to.

Why does Celestia actually wanted to help Elsa?
What is in store for Elsa to control her ice magic?
How Celestia's subjects react to Elsa's presence?
Who would teach Elsa to control her magic if Celestia is busy with her royal duties?
Where in Equestria would be an ideal place to practice?
What obstical Elsa has to overcome when it comes to control her magic?
And the most important is, Would Elsa be able to control her ice magic even in the strange world?
These are the questions might be able help you for the first act.
