Compliance is Required

This is a friendly public service announcement from your local ACA division.

Compliance is mandatory.

All offenders guilty of "clopping" must report to the nearest ACA rehabilitation and reintroduction facility under the declaration of federally sanctioned martial law, under the 1082nd Statute of the ACA Containment Mandate.

Compliance with the Containment Mandate is mandatory and punishment will be carried out with extreme prejudice. Offenders fall under several classes of severity, and each class will dealt with accordingly, as required by the Termination and Execution clause of the 1082nd Statute of the ACA Containment Mandate.

Clopping Class is determined by content of contraband material in question. Humanized Clop, as determined by the ACA Governing Council, is not currently barred under our guidelines, and is therefore acceptable.

Anthropomorphized content is a divisive matter among the ACA. As no consensus has been reached, it is considered tolerable and the ACA's resources are to be spent on more expedient concerns.

Class I involves normal sexual acts protraying ponies and/or other MLP: FIM animals such as but not limited to zebras, dragons, cattle. These offenders are determined redeemable and will be enrolled in reeducation programs as soon as possible.

Class II pertains to subjects including fornication, marital infidelity, cross-species intercourse, onanism, etc. Class II offenders are segregated into the research blocks of the ACA Facility for <redacted>.

Class III offenders are charged with content viewed by American Cultures as extreme taboo, e.g. incest, paedophilia and rape. Convicted persons are viewed expendable and are disposed of at the ACA's earliest convenience.

Class IV is a special classification for vorarephilia, and ACA resources are advised to not contain but terminate offenders on sight.

Class V and above are classified to all unauthorized personnel. However the ACA General Relations Board has allowed us to list several concerned documents: Sweet Apple Massacre and Trixie's Funhouse.
