ok guys I have a pony rpg, here is the premise.
Through an unknown cosmic event mankind has ran in to an "impossible" species intelligent horse's who call them selves "pony's" these being wield unnatural and terrifying power which can only be described as "magic" but these are a relatively peaceful people together with human ingenuity ushered in a new era of peace and scientific discovery.
Which was not meant to last, this era ended when it was discovered that mankind was being killed off by the very thing that pony's needed to live magic or thaumic radiation was deadly toxic to human kind. but not all was lost with the help of the pony creatures human kind developed augmentation a process which altered the human genetic with that of some of there native species some of which were the dragon,griffin, and pony genetic structure. It was a huge success mankind lived on with only small genetic changes like eye or hair color being changed or in the case of dragon augs the eyes took on a reptilian look. there was one unknown side effect as the magical energy on earth reached critical mass it changed the very nature of the serum in one day that has gone down in infamy a massive wave of magical energy washed over the earth which caused anthropomorphic changes in most of mankind around 85% of mankind was altered in to new species based of there augmentation. This led to a great collapse in social struct of the earth in all places but Australia were with the help of Celestia they were able to keep order. The game would take place around 400 years in the future.

Such a shame that there isn't many comments on this. I can see human bursting into half-griffons mutants, or grow large dragon fangs and go insane, or even a mutant of several species. if it was grimdark like that
